Built a full inventory management platform to replace a manual, error-prone spreadsheet workflow. The system tracks stock levels across multiple warehouse locations in real time, handles role-based access for staff and managers, and generates low-stock alerts automatically. The result cut manual data entry significantly and gave the team a single source of truth for their stock.
